The area is quiet. People are very nice. The bathrooms are well worn. So many people using them and not taking of the facilities.

People are actively using meth in the bathrooms, not safe for kids. The bathrooms that don't smell like meth, smell like mold. No one works on site on the weekends, nothing gets cleaned and amenities are not accesible to the public. The "clubhouse" is not accessible to residents.
