Pilot Travel Center

How nice to be greeted when you walk in. Every customer. Clean restrooms, fuel, and coffee and much more. I stopped at 3 different ones on my trip and each one is clean, friendly. Join their rewards. Their app is easy.

I stopped in at the Pilot Flying J in Weatherford Texas and the gentleman who attended me and my shower needs was named Isaac.. he was very professional very courteous and very helpful to anything I needed with fresh towels and toiletries. …

Awful customer service. The two employees I tried to ask about showers and coffee had serious chips on their shoulders. If you hate your life and hate your job make some changes. Not necessary to be so damn rude to others. Won’t waste my time stopping here again.
