… at 10pm. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Undoubtedly the worst service I've ever had on the Pilot/Flying J network. She refused to clean the showers, and they were available. I spent more than 3 hours waiting for her to clean one shower.

When you walk in there's a sign that says showers. Asked the lady at the register for a shower ticket and she said they don't have any? If you don't have showers then take your sign down. Just lost my business.
