OTR: Plenty of parking and maneuvering around. Clean with trash cans. Has 2 portable BR. There is no lighting. I-71, WB, Exit 54 DoT works here periodically for inspections.
Convenient place to stop if you run out of hours... no restroom and no lights, but the area was suprisingly clean. they added a few trash cans. can fit 10-15 trucks if you dont count the ramps...
