Crowne Plaza Cleveland at Playhouse Square, an IHG Hotel

My wife and I stayed from Friday to Sunday. We were greeted by friendly faces throughout our stay. A special thank you to Mr Alex who was very friendly and super helpful. The room was clean and spacious and also had a surprisingly beautiful …

Nice clean, comfortable room and great bed. Overall the hotel is a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. The front desk was friendly and efficient, however service in the bar was mediocre. Well located and priced for our needs on this trip.

The rooms were fine - clean, odorless, etc. The biggest 2 surprises were proximity to airport (substabtial in the afternoon, though the noise virtually disappeared after 9 or 10) and the parking (we got double charged for the parking because there was an event happening at Rocket Arena). Otherwise, fine hotel.
