I want to make a complaint regarding the men's shower room in the lower floor--two shower knobs had been damaged for two months not fixed despite complaints to the night time manager --the response is finger pointing yet problems unresolved …

Good facility, nice staff but they ignore refill of paper towels and wet wipes every where you go. Men's shower room at the basement smells bad.
