Nice place to hold a gathering, can hear the basketball court from above. Full kitchen with 2 stoves make meal prep easy for your event. The ramp to get in downstairs is very steep! Not sure I would try it wet from rain or snow. Should also note the bathrooms are on the first level so out of luck as a wheelchair user.
