I dont't know who manage the place but the men steam room is always dirty, bad smells and ALWAYS out of service. On top of that, the shower only have hot water. I hate to keep paying for the membership when nothing works.

For the last few months every time I have gone to take a shower, the water has been at best, lukewarm. Today, the shower was cold. I don't understand why this happens. Do they need to raise our rates in order to get some hot water?
