Pilot Travel Center

… . never saw any employees cleaning. Dirty beverage area, dirty floors, nasty laundry room. Waited over an hour for a shower, finally gave up because we needed sleep. Probably for the better, can only imagine the condition of the showers.

… Pilot with very nice workers! The pumps are so clean all the way down to the trash cans. The shower was the cleanest I have ever used! Every time I would go into the store I was greated with a welcome to Pilot! Great job team! Thank you so …

… Bathrooms were clean, but shower #3 leaks (like a sieve, said the manager) but they've got numerous notifications on it. Should be fixed soon.
