Ooh Nothing works . Spa ,steam ,jacuzzi ….. black mold in men’s shower . Two employees of front desk playing with the phones. nasty smell - stinky bathrooms. I wish there was a zero star option to rate this place.

Staff is friendly. No pool in San Carlos. Redwood City is filthy. Had to clean shower before I use it. After that I chose not to use pool. After a year I left. Parking lot is not cool after hours.
