Excellent, professional front desk staff, especially Gabrielle, Suzy and Personal Trainer Yuriko Tanabe. Gym and restrooms are always clean and well stocked. Recorded music is excellent to listen to in the weight room. Members are very respectful of each other.
… good classes, such as Insanity, Active class in the evenings, and on the weekends. Now they don't offer them any more. Also there needs to be some improvements on the facilities, there is no hot running water in the shower in the evening.
