I’ve been training at this gym for 2–3 years and have really enjoyed the facilities. There’s a nice bouldering area, well equipped lower and upper fitness, a yoga studio that you can use when classes aren’t taking place, and a swimming pool that’s good for general swimming. Nat at reception is friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a great gym with a variety of spaces to train.

Good and supporting staff specially in reception. Have a lot of sporting activities inside. Got a very good and clean pool and separate locker facility. Skme machines on gym were missing and out of order.. rather than that overall allbis good. Swimming schedule is attached.
