Good facilities (Though the showers are a little sharp). I come here when Ponds Forge isn't avaliable. Only giving 3 stars because the speed lanes for the swimming pool appear to be mere suggestion. If you are a genuinely fast swimmer and can do 25-20 second lengths or faster you won't have a good time here. Life guards make no effort to enforce lane speeds which makes for a very uncomfortable swimming experience.

Very small gym space for £28 a month. Full of unsupervised kids at peak hours during the week. Using equipment without knowing how to do so. Lack of decent equipment. Shower facilities poor.
