I visited today for the first time, and the gym was spacious and well organized. Both the changing room and the toilets were clean. Reza, the manager, was very friendly and made me feel comfortable even though it was my first time there. I also really enjoyed Cameron's SGT-glutes class today. He helped me use equipment I had never tried before correctly, and he didn't let me take the easy way out. He pushed me just the right amount so I could improve. He was very nice. Everyone who took the class with me was nice as well, so it was a great start and I will definitely keep coming back.
