I’ve been a member since Oct 24, for a low-price gym the facilities are really good. It’s clean and spacious, as with any gym it does get busy early evening but there’s enough equipment to not be waiting around. The staff are really welcoming and helpful too, shout out to Adam, Marcin and the team. I’d give it 5/5 if they fixed the EV chargers and the refreshed the lockers downstairs.

I’ve been a member for a couple of years, but lately I’m seriously considering switching gyms—not because of the facility or the staff, but because of the people. • Phone talkers on machines: Recently, I’ve seen more people who chat endlessly on their phones while sitting on equipment. It’s fine to take a call, but it’s a problem when they hog the machines. One woman once sat on the leg extensions for a full 50 minutes, completely blocking my workout. This isn’t an isolated incident—it’s becoming a regular occurrence. • Creepy male behaviour: There are also men who act as if they’ve never seen a woman before—staring for long, uncomfortable stretches and even craning their necks in a way that’s just gross. Ladies, if someone makes you feel uneasy, feel free to stare back or call them out. It might stop the behavior, but it’s still unacceptable. I’m not an easily bothered woman, but these actions cross the line. • Horrible Hygiene: The overall smell in the gym has deteriorated. It should be mandatory for people to freshen up before entering a public space like this. • No Cleanup: Lastly, many people don’t bother cleaning up after using their machines, which makes the gym environment even less pleasant. Overall, it’s frustrating to see a decline in the culture of the gym.
