All in all, not a bad hotel, great location only a ten minute walk to York Minster. Parking is £12.50 a day opposite the hotel. Our room was a small double but adequate and clean, with tea and coffee making facilities. The shower was poor, but it got us clean, yes in need of updating, but would not put us off returning. The staff are great and friendly. Lovely breakfast with great choices.

Wonderful 3 night stay. Excellent location. Easy walk from station, lovely stroll to York market place. Delightful breakfast service and yummy food. Bed very comfy. Room fresh and airy. Shower was a bit twitchy.
