The best gym I've been to. It has a unique atmosphere where all the staff are friendly and supportive and the owner can often be seen walking around saying hi on the gym floor. He's really gone the extra mile to make this gym a community rather than just a gym. The machines are all brand new and placed very spaciously. The gym and changing rooms are very clean and there's even a little cafe with very affordable prices. In with your membership are loads of cool classes such as yoga and boxercise etc. and you can sit with a trainer and get a personal workout program drawn up to your needs. Great gym, good atmosphere, good equipment. More strongman than powerlifting. Very clean and changing rooms have a small sauna
