Here’s a polished version of your Google review. It keeps your original points but improves flow, grammar, and impact while maintaining an authentic personal tone: --- Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1 star) I visited Nuffield Health Gym in Leeds yesterday using a guest pass from my partner, who is a member, and I have to say I was not impressed. The gym floor was uncomfortably warm as there was no air conditioning. The treadmill I used clearly showed its age—it reset itself twice during my run and even had an old-style iPod connector, which says a lot about how outdated some of the equipment is. While there were some brand new spin bikes, it seems not all machines have been upgraded. We then went to the pool area and tried the steam room, but it had an awful, pungent smell that made it unpleasant to stay in. The sauna was also overcrowded, making it difficult to relax. For a gym that charges £65 per month, I expected far better facilities and standards. The equipment needs investment and the steam room’s hygiene urgently needs attention. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this gym and won’t be returning.

My wife and I have been taking swimming lessons at Nuffield Health Leeds for a few months now, and we're so glad we did! Our instructors have been wonderful—both of them have been super professional and supportive. We've made so much progress, and we're especially grateful to our current instructor, Anna, for helping us get to a point where we can actually swim. The 2-to-1 lesson format is an excellent value. If you're thinking about learning to swim, I can't recommend Nuffield enough!
