Nuffield Health Hull Fitness & Wellbeing Gym

I recently discovered the Nuffield Health Centre in Hull and was amazed that such a great facility was right here. The gym is well equipped, the swimming pool is clean and perfect for both exercise and relaxation, and the tennis courts are a brilliant bonus. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I honestly didn’t know this place existed in Hull – it really feels like a hidden gem for health and fitness. Highly recommended!

We have been attending swimming lessons every Saturday with my daughter for the past few weeks and, up until now, everything seemed fine. However, today’s experience was extremely disappointing. My 7-year-old daughter accidentally went into the wrong toilet (female) and instead of handling the situation with understanding, we were accused of using the wrong facilities although she’s a female but apparently we’re not allowed there. It’s rather concerning that the expectation seems to be for a 7-year-old girl to go into the male changing area, where she could be exposed to adult men getting changed and exposed to men’s genitalia, Apparently, that’s considered more appropriate. Very disappointing attitude toward children and parents. I hope this feedback encourages some common sense and sensitivity when dealing with young kids and the members in the future.
