Been a member of this gym long enough. The management here is terrible, nothing is enforced and members can just walk all over them. I have also witnessed members abusing, yelling and getting confrontational with staff and nothing ever seems to be done as I’ve seen them remain in the gym. The gym have to many unpleasant members and it appears anyone is allowed to come through that door as long as they pay membership (or use their friends details). It’s an unsafe environment for everyone. Weights are never re-racked, despite staffs best effort, the gyms a mess 5 minutes later. Members spit on the floor, leave actual sweat puddles on the leather (blue roll has been taken away from us, we now have to use toilet roll to clean equipment which is gross), food is left in cardio cup holders, I’ve even blood on the punching bags. Members have no respect for the changing rooms either and cleaners are hardly ever around to keep up with the cleanliness, my friend has even seen poo left in the men’s showers! I’ve seen the new actual general manager of the gym maybe twice since I’ve been a member? She’s never on shift during busy periods when staff and members need help and the few times I’ve noticed her in, she’s been locked away in an office. Whos is running this gym? It’s gone completely down hill since Cheryl left and needs shutting down before a health inspector walks in.
