Amazing gym, been a member now for a number of years. The atmosphere, other members, Stuart (owner), staff & the PTs are all fantastic. The gym itself is what I call ‘old school’ - no pool, no sunbeds, no sauna - just nice clean changing rooms and plenty of great well maintained equipment & weights (which can be lacking in other gyms) So Male, Female, Young or Older - get yourself down for a session & you will be hooked 🏋️‍♂️
