After watching the cook at KFC throw what looked like a wrap down the rack to the front of house and it land on the floor. Staff in the front picked it up handed back to the cook and they put it straight back down the rack again, wasn’t a good start. Then I went for a shower. This wasn’t great. Years of scum filling the top of the radiator, floor absolutely soaked and shower only staying on for 3secs. Not a great experience. £30 for the night parking services should be better

A good looking clean modern service area with a hotel pizza express restaurant/nandos along with other fast food options such as Greggs, McDonald's, Mexican and Noodles stands plus others too. My only gripe with the place is if you have a baby the baby changing facilities are not very nice and the baby changing mat is Absolutely Dangerous, who ever designed it clearly had design over function in mind....it would be much safer to change on your knee on the bench in the food hall (not that I would)
