Perfect location. Close to the Arena and Don valley bowl. Room was just right for what we wanted. They’re very basic but we only slept in there. Bed was very comfortable, probably best nights sleep I’ve had recently in a hotel. Room could do with a lick of paint but apart from that can’t complain. It was clean and the shower was of good quality with good power. Breakfast was spot on. Just the basics that you get with a continental breakfast. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. All in all a great budget hotel in a good location.

Very very very basic room, no kettle, tiny toilet (ours leaked every time you flushed) tiny shower and you had to pay £8 a night parking but luckily there is some street parking outside for free if you are lucky and get a space. Beds were quite solid and pillows sad and flat but cheap and clean at least. Staff were nice.
