Generally, the facilities are really good and neat but the app 😡I can't book my daughters for leisure swimming for several months and that's suppose to be a perk to the tennis club but what the benefits of the perk if not accessible. This is a very nice, spacious, clean leisure centre with mostly friendly helpful staff. It just gets extremely busy with swimming lessons, I've still not been lane swimming yet due to this despite being a member for years. The gym also gets extremely busy from around 4-7pm. Due to the crowds it's difficult to find a space to park or a place to sit at certain times. I also wish they'd find a way other than fines to stop people booking up all the fitness classes 2 weeks in advance then cancelling on the day as it's not fair to other people who could actually attend the class but can't due to the people who do this.
