Toilets are immaculate. Shower is also immaculate and pressure is good. Highly recommended this place. Only 30spaces but that means it’s really quiet. SNAP parking. Owner is very friendly.

I didn't really want to write this review as I wanted to keep this little gem for myself. What a FANTASTIC place for truck parking. Just off the M1 j34 this is how ALL parking spots should be. Book prior to arrival via the SNAP AP. Secure parking (intercom in AND out) More cameras than the BBC FREE Hose pipe, Wheely bin and brushes to wash the cab.. Toilets/shower that are SPOTLESS Josh ( Owners Lad) couldn't be more helpful TOP MAN 👍👍👍👍 Downsides. Only 19 spaces but you can usually get in No cafe/food on site ( Pub a few hundred yards away) Should the last one be a plus?? 😁 £36 per night...... Yes it maybe steep but if you use the services then it's comparable and you also have security and NO smell of piss as soon as you open your cab door. If you do decide to park here then please respect it.
