Great gym, with more than enough equipment, if your a beginner or advanced there is machines and loose weights to suit. There are changing rooms with a sauna. The reception is well stocked with protein powders, aminos, post & pre workout supplements. Highly recommended.

Great gym! Equipment always maintained, changing rooms are always very clean (Thanks to the lady who cleans them - She has her work 'cut out due to the way some members leave it). Front of house Staff are all very friendly. Definitely recommend!!
