As far as British pools go, this is one of the better ones. About 50 years behind German standard. Not even as modern and clean as pools in former British Colony Hong Kong. This place would benefit from new lockers, that have doors that lock. A deeper swimming pool would be nice, relegating non-swimmers and walkers to a shallow pool.

Pool can somtimes be chilly but otherwise you get over that quickly. The reason I don't give it 5 * Because i have always known it as the smelly pool due to the toilets. And it still is. The toilets and showers need updating and being cleaner.
