I wouldn’t even give this place one star. Big claims and very bad service. I’m particularly talking about DL club in York. Closed swimming pools/spa without any prior notice, did not respond to any requests of suspension for two months, when finally responded, refused to refund membership for the months we waited for their response and did not even enter the club for those months, finally When convinced it was communication gap from their end, refused to refund the fee and refused to suspend membership without 25% fees while swimming pools and spa still under refurbishment for another 4 months. Abusing members financially, bad communication, poor club room services. The management is simply incompetent and never there for members’ queries. Not worth the time, energy and effort it takes to argue with their staff on very petty issues.
