I’ve been training here for just over a year now - and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and it’s a super comfortable environment to train in. Big thanks to Jay and the team for always taking the time to show me how to use new equipment properly (form and all!) along with all of their expert advice! Great facilities too - clean showers, sauna, solid equipment and access 24/7. It’s a fab place to train with great tunes on, constantly bringing a good vibe - looking forward to trying out the Hessle Rd facility soon! Highly recommend ⭐️
