It’s a 7 stories accommodation (0-6). They have a lift. The flat is clean and new. No electrical or wifi problems. (Edit: wifi is the same network as the uni’s. It gets fixed sometimes.) Walls protect noise within rooms pretty well! (Edit: if someone shout, u’ll hear it) We cannot hear each other when we’re in our private rooms at all. (Unless someone talks on the corridor which doesn’t happen very often). It’s got plenty of outlets under desk as well as bed area, so you won’t need any extension. There’s storage underbed which is enough for two big luggages. Lighting condition is ok. You may need a small table light on the desk. Distance from UoL is brilliant! (~7 mins to Parkinson building) Washing machine, dryer and a vacuum cleaner are free in the kitchen. The staffs are friendly (especially Luke). Building safety is on standard level, they test fire alarm weekly and doors are fire resistant. The common area isn’t big and there’s not much facilities to socialise but that’s reasonable compared to the price. The only thing is two fridges aren’t enough for 8 people to share. However, each flat is different.
