Had an awful year living here I am very happy my contract ended and I finally left this place. It's too noisy, too overpriced, the staff it's not helpful and they don't care about you, maintenance is bad, it's just awful. I had a bad situation with my flatmates. I had classes at uni every morning or working part-time but they were hosting parties every night. I asked them nicely for one month to stop but they didn't care. Then I reached out to the reception about this and they told me to call security. I called it one time , they just stop for the night and then next night they were partying again. Called second time same situation. And then after I called the 3'rd time they got angry and came and knocked aggressively at my door 5 times in a row. I called security again because of that and when he came they were fighting and shouting at the security guy for 1 hour. After this in the morning I went to the reception as soon as they opened. After all this, all they did was giving them a phonecall. I asked to be moved because I had enough and after that night I also didn't feel safe to live there anymore. And they didn't want to move me because the only available room was one that was more expensive than the one I had. I found that very unprofessional. They keep the logs of the times security goes to someone. They should've given a phonecall after the very first time the security was called not when the situation gets aggressive. Also the contract itself mentions that you are not allowed to be noisy from 11 pm till 7 am. Why they can just breach the contract so many times with no consequences and I have to suffer sleepless nights. And of course they didn't stop but I felt hopeless to reach out again to the staff members. Even outside people always partying, screaming in the parking, a guy blasting music from his car all night, but nobody does anything. Also whenever the maintenance guy was coming he was leaving a mess behind. If it was a clogged shower I was finding water splashed everywhere. I reported the vacuum cleaner once and he left a pile of dust in the kitchen. One day before my contract ending the staff members came to knock at my door to remind me my rent is ending. I found that rude. I know my rent is ending you don't have to come at my door to tell me. They sent email and phone messages reminders about that the days before anyways.
