I'm a 58 year old returning to training after a long absence. I am pleasantly surprised by how good this gym is.Yes it's choc full of young uni students but everyone is so welcoming and helpful. The staff are more than happy to assist with a smile. It's very clean and there always seems to be a cleaner on the go. The range and quality of equipment is very good and I've found good availability even at peak hours.There are no cleaning stations but nothing a personal sweat towel won't fix.The area for stretching and mobility is very limited , a few cushioned mats near the door but it seems workable. Great value with ample free parking.
