Facilities are good and place is clean. Loads of space too. They just had new lockers in this one so it's better than most Birmingham branches. Pity the punch bag is only sufficient for body shots.

One of the cleanest GYM GROUP I’ve been too aside weight here and there being left by members it was AMAZING!! Changing room niceeeee… and they have Spray, ladies time of the month stuff and wipes very ideal and thoughtful Staff are friendly and seeing manager interacting with my new Buddy Will and other PT was great to See! I will defo be back and thank you for the video much appreciated!!! Love Coach Zee
