From the moment I moved in, my experience has been very positive. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Gemma, who is extremely friendly, approachable, and always goes above and beyond to help with any questions or issues. She genuinely makes you feel supported. The reception team, Rachel and Amis, are also fantastic—very welcoming, helpful, and professional. The room itself is great and well-equipped. It includes an en-suite bathroom, a comfortable bed, wardrobe and cupboards, and a study desk, which is perfect for studying or working from home. One of the standout features of this accommodation is the strong focus on safety. There is 24/7 on-site security as well as CCTV cameras installed throughout the building and around the property, which really gives peace of mind. The security staff are always available, day or night, and are very helpful if you need assistance or have any questions. The property also offers parking facilities, including disabled parking, as well as bike racks outside with metal frames where you can securely lock your bike. All the facilities are clean, modern, and well maintained. There is a 24/7 on-site gym, a common room where you can relax and watch TV, a quiet study room, and a small entertainment room downstairs. There is also a laundry facility on-site, which is very convenient—you can wash your clothes whenever it suits you. The accommodation includes a shared kitchen, usually shared between 6–7 tenants, which is spacious and works well. Another great benefit is the broadband internet available throughout the building. This makes things very convenient, especially if you have poor phone network or no signal at times—you can always rely on the Wi-Fi, which works really well. The location is excellent. Coventry University is only a five-minute walk away, and there are shops, restaurants, and takeaways nearby, making everyday life very convenient. Overall, I’m genuinely very happy with my stay so far. The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help, the facilities are excellent, and the atmosphere is welcoming.
