I stay a lot in hotels all over the UK and this is the best hotel I stay at. I’ve been staying here for around five years when I’m in Birmingham. The rooms are great, good TVs, coffee machines, fridges and a very good shower. The bar area is good as well as food in the restaurant. The best part though,has to be the staff, they are all different to most I encounter at rival hotels,which is a credit to themselves as well as the training they have from management. I can’t remember all their names but on reception, Honey is brilliant, so are Shiwani and Megan, you can’t beat a smile and a happy helpful persona when you check in. They are great Girls and very professional but with a personal touch. Mo who is F&B manager has a great team, including Tiya, Twinkle and Manisha. The Breakfast in the morning is very good, brilliantly run by Charleen who has been at the hotel for a good few years. I cannot fault this hotel and always look forward to my visits there. Huge credit to Jaime, his management team and the wonderful staff that make this hotel what it is. Look forward to my next visit in the New Year, best regards Colin
