Okay gym with good, unique equipment I trained here for roughly a year, and would train from between 6:30-8:30 AM Selection of machines is good, for both cardio and weightlifting. Dedicated boxing areas with a ring and track included too. Gym brands like Prime, Atlantis, Watson and Nautilus. Main thing letting the gym down is hygiene- it’s consistently grim and dirty no matter what time you go. There’s rubbish left on the floors, toilets are unusable due to how disgusting they are. Weights are left everywhere and nothing is done about it. The music is also far too loud Used this gym mainly because of work, but wouldn’t go out of my way to train here
