am writing to file a serious complaint regarding the way I was treated during my first visit to your facility today. After paying £6.50 at reception, I received no guidance or explanation on how to use the facilities. I had to ask other people where to go because your staff gave me no information. Later, when I asked about using the steam sauna, a staff member told me I hadn’t paid. I explained that the receptionist had not informed me about any extra cost, and I offered to pay right away. However, instead of helping me, they told me to leave the area — even though I was wet and had already been swimming. The way they spoke to me was rude and disrespectful. They treated me with no basic courtesy, and not a single person apologized for the confusion. I felt humiliated. I was spoken to harshly, pushed out before I could even rinse off properly, and made to feel unwelcome. It felt like I was being treated less than human. I don’t know if this was because I am a foreigner, but the way I was treated makes me feel that there was discrimination involved. It was completely unacceptable. Let me be clear: the facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the environment itself is nice. But the customer service I experienced was extremely poor and unprofessional. Your staff need urgent training in how to treat people with respect, especially new visitors who don’t yet know the system. I hope you take this complaint seriously. I expect a proper response and an apology.
