Great facilities but even better, amazing staff. I accidentally dropped my phone behind the back of the lockers and the team spent 20 minutes rescuing it! Super appreciate and a massive thank you to Sam, Ethan & Jodie🫶🏽 …

Every time I go to lane swimming there's always groups of women not swimming just chatting. Blocking the entire wall so there's no where to turn. Lane swimming with no turn point is not a full length. It's really frustrating and the life guards never move them to the area of the pool where people aren't trying to swim lengths. Swimming lanes should only be for people who are swimming. The changing rooms are grim and often smell strongly of urine. The floors are filthy. The showers might as well not be there and are always too hot or cold. The pool itself isn't too bad, it's just ruined by the unaddressed behaviour of others.
