I’ve been swimming here twice, the reception staff are polite and helpful. The lifeguards seem like they don’t want to be there at all. The changing rooms could be cleaner but no one follows the rule of covering outside shoes so that is probably why. They have added a slide and water features which my child enjoyed. While I was there a fitness class was going on in the bigger pool, what I observed wasn’t that great, I’m glad I saw because I thought about doing it but I won’t be doing that now.

me, my partner and my friends went to the swimming pool 2 days ago at 7-9pm and the two young lifeguards with brown hair and the other with brown hair and glasses didn’t let my partner into the deep end and continued to follow her after we said that she could swim. they then continued to point and laugh with each other, and were obviously aiming it at us. he told us again for her to stay behind the line as we drifted away and we did, she did NOT keep going down the deep end we complied either way. i then asked if we could go to where she could touch the ground, he answered no with a horrible attitude, so i said “i’m just asking a question about how far she can go” to which he replied, again horribly “you can ask all the questions you want but you are not going past the line” , which we hadn’t done anyways. this completely ruined our experience and we were spoken to horribly.
