We are still arguing to get our full deposit back and their customer service is awful. The site is generally very clean and tidy, However, showers in the camping area are absolutely ridiculous, cold and really poor water flow, come on this really is the basics!! gas not working? I make pizza two hour because gas oven not working. No pillow, no blanket I call five times and go to the reception two times or not response no nothing. One night is sleeping in the floor because no blanket no pillow I am five people in the caravan. I am lucky I bring my blanket in the home.

Absolutely love trecco been coming since I was a kid now bring my own kid. Love what they have done by adding the provillian. So much to do on site arcades, build a bear, art class, sports done, pedal bikes, bear grills adventure,swimming,show dome, vr room, soft play, splash pad the list goes on brilliant site.
