Really lovely campsite - homely, yet very spacious, with a bench to sit on with most pitches, lots of trees making your pitch feel private, dog walking field, the showers have had the extra touch added to them - beautiful big mirrors and house plants. Owners lovely, helpful, responsive and welcoming. Was a great stop off for me heading deeper into wales but ideally situated to explore Cardiff too. It’s just a lovely campsite, run with love and care!

We camped/pitched here for a couple of nights towards the end of July and it was excellent. Good facilities, with nice layout and pitches not too close together. It is a quiet site for 'grown ups' that like peaceful surroundings with good access to both Newport and Cardiff. Offering both Tent and Camper-van/Motorhome pitches, plus 3 shepherds huts and I counted 6 loos and 4 showers. Clean and tidy, Recommended.
