It's a good gym, changing rooms are always spotless. My only gripe is how untidy and messy the gym floor is. The free weights area always has plates and dumbbells left all over the floor. It's just a health and safety hazard!! The hex bar is always awkward to get to. There's always plates stacked against it which you have to move before you can start your workout. The staff are lovely and always say hello, they are very approachable. But I just wish they'd have someone go around the gym and tidy it up before someone hurts themselves. I saw a kid drop a 20kg plate on his bare toes last week!! So to sum it up, great gym.. just really messy!

Staff are very helpful and friendly , one to one available and free . Lots of equipment, nice changing and showers really clean. Underground parking. Good opening hours,and lots of different classes going on . Good atmosphere. And secure bike parking available , plus charging for electric bikes .
