Perfect relaxing start to our Saturday! We loved our sauna session at Sauna Hut’s new Saturday location at Knab Rock. Great location for combining sauna and sea dipping. We were there when the tide was on its way out and we were still able to dip easily throughout the sauna session and afterwards. The sea was easily accessible from the slip. Great views from the sauna. Easy parking at Verdi’s or on the road or easy access by bike along the new prom. Changing facilities and sauna are spotlessly clean and Barney is super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

We passed a smoking chimney on our way to take part in a trail run on Oxwich Bay. We did a quick search and found Sauna Hut in Parkmill. We booked on so we could go after the run. Run complete, we headed over and met Barney who welcomed us and was very helpful. The changing room and sauna was spotless and got ready for us to get in and water ready to put on the hot stones when needed. We were about to melt and got out to submerge ourselves in the cold fresh water brook next to the hut. It was Baltic 🥶. We held out as long as we could went back into the sauna refreshed and ready for more of the same! The hour flew by all too quickly and we’ll be booking back again. Thanks Barney, you’re a gent. See you again as soon as we can organise it.
