The dirtiest toilet cubicles ( male) I've ever encountered in 50 years travelling ( M5 southbound ) It takes years of improper cleaning to achieve that level of grime, dust , fluff and goodness knows what else. The general urinals and wash area was actually ok. We will give Exeter a try next time.
