On my journey M5 south today there was so much salt on the motorway that I emptied my car washers tank with still 80 miles to go. I pulled into the sedgemoor services (road chef) not sure how I was going to sort the situation other than to purchase numerous bottles of water . Then I spotted a man working with viz jacket and asked him. His name was Stuart and he was my hero. He found an empty container amd filled it up for me and then walked me to my car and helped me fill my water tank. What a wonderful man - he made my day. And all done with a smile. Thank you Stuart

I would give zero stars if I could! All toilets out of order! Temporary block outside with 5 toilets but only 4 actually working! Smell is disgusting! No hot water for hand washing! No hand sanitizer!
