I am reducing two stars because the class timetable is incorrect and caused quite a bit on annoyance as a result when going for the first time to the class. I won't even go into the timetable published on the website, which is definitely out of date, but also the app that one must use to book onto the classes is not reflecting the current timetable (for start time and length of session). No way to email anyone about this either. Besides that, it is a lovely gym, dedicated ladies' area too. A good range of equipment available and hasn't felt too crowded yet. Showers could be a bit nicer with longer water flow between button-presses, but 'tis what it is. Please note, no swimming pool/sauna area since Covid (despite some recent reviews).

Recently joined here and I have to say, it's an ok gym, equipment is a bit dated but essentially works!! Best things are the sauna, steam and ice rooms. They also have a ladies only area which is perfect for those that aren't so confident or just like working out in a more quiet area. Changing rooms are huge and even have a tv in there, plenty of showers, hair driers and plug sockets for straighteners etc. It has to be the only gym that has 6 tv screens that you can put your headphones into whilst working out on the treadmils, bikes, cross trainer etc, plus they play all the best old school music.
