First time visiting Recovery and it didn’t disappoint at all - from the interior to the space all around, it had a very welcoming vibe to it. Staff were friendly. Changing rooms were spacious. Everything was clean and well maintained. There were plenty of ice baths available at different temperatures and a big sauna aswell as some seating spaces to relax. I’ve already booked to go back next week and hope to make Recovery my go to place to get my contrast therapy fix!

Get there now! Epic place with outstanding facilities. Super friendly staff, immaculate from top to bottom, even the body wash provided in the shower was lush! Top quality place and most importantly did the job, I felt unreal afterwards and cannot wait to return.
