Newport Bathroom Centre

The bathroom was fitted after we were promised it would be straight forward. On the day there was debate about the floor level even tho it was surveyed by Dave previously. The fitting etc was completed.. A few months later we contacted Dave as there was water coming from the shower into our kitchen which only appeared to happen when the hand held shower was on. Dave came on 21st May, he turned up with no equipment at all just a towel to stand on in the shower!!. He said he would need to come back and possible reseal the shower as he didn't have any sealent with him. He promised to call back the following Wednesday 28th. Still waiting for Dave to turn up.

He has tremendous knowledge of product availability, specifications and manufacturing installation requirements. Installation was completed by Gareth( plumber) and Gareth(carpenter) both being skilled, friendly respectful and professional members of the team . Mr Mrs C Taylor
