A fair selection of equipment but the place overall in desperate need of a refit. The equipment looks tired and worn and some of it looks a bit dodgy now. Showers are hanging but warm at least.. Came here on a day pass over two years ago and on returning it looks like the only thing to have been updated is the entry barriers (which needed doing tbf).

Great gym ,lots of equipments. They also have a ladies only room . It would be even better if changing rooms would be open 24/7 too
