What a fabulous sauna and what a treat to enjoy the view of the sea and the beautiful skies you get around here. You can either have a cold shower or a dip in the sea (water shoes can be a plus) and the staff are super friendly and helpful. If you are looking for relaxed vibes close to Cardiff, I highly recommend this little gem! Parking available all along the seafront and lots of nice cafes and shops as well. Love it!!
